My time was always tied up. Working 10 hours straight then coming home and taking care of the house and kids took its toll on me mentally and especially physically. I soon realized I've been eating the wrong foods during the day that contributed to my declining health. That's when I came upon using meal prep services, great at first but that started to get mundane. Same thing day after day...exciting, yes? NOT!
That's when I created the FIRM Factor Meal Prep Service in NY. A traditional meal service but not with the same typical meals you'll find week after week. Healthier alternatives with taste. My menu changes weekly so that there's always something different to try. Oh and the best part is that I don't put you on subscription plans like most of the meal prep services do.
